Mark your calendars to join us every Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. through August 25 (No class July 2 or 7) with your furry friend! $15 per night; cash preferred, checks accepted. Meet at the pavilion/greenhouse on the Sidney campus. Most trainings will take place outside, but if the weather is bad, we will meet in room 510 of the North Building.
Arrive with a hungry dog, tummy-safe treats, a collar (not corrective), and a non-retractable leash. Keep dogs separate from other dogs. You will learn how to build a relationship, trust, and respect with your pup, plus get started on the foundation skills needed to be a well-mannered companion. Those who are more advanced will practice advance loose leash walking and other basic skills by adding duration and distraction. Don鈥檛 forget those high-value treats!
